Many groups of species evolve rapidly as they colonise new environments.

This project will use data derived from a reciprocal transplant experiment where a hybrid population was planted in four different environments.

You will create hypothesis for what the genetic signature of divergence would be under different modes of speciation and adaptation.

This project involves creation of next-generation sequencing libraries, bioinformatic analyses, and the application of advanced statistical methods.

A background in evolution, statistics and genetics is highly recommended.
