Insecticide resistance in diamondback moth

We off opportunities to participate in this Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research (ACIAR)-funded investigation into insecticide resistance and its management in the Pacific (Fiji, Tonga, Samoa, Papua New Guinea).

Recent work has developed an insecticide resistance management (IRM) strategy to mitigate the development of insecticide resistance in field populations of the diamondback moth in Pacific Island nations.

Laboratory-based studies will test the strategy and develop ways to improve it.
