We schedule a range of seminars each semester. Speakers include School staff and invited high-profile domestic and international speakers who have expertise across diverse biological disciplines and are at varying career stages.

Students, staff, visiting academics and the public are welcome to attend. No RSVP is required.

Latest COVID-19 advice: As a precautionary response to slow the rate of community transition of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), UQ has made a decision to cancel all University events unless they are critical to teaching or research. This includes student, academic and public events on and off campus until the end of 2020. Some events listed here may be cancelled or postponed.

Due to the COVID situation, the seminars for 2021 will now be held mostly on Zoom.

If you wish to be added to the Seminar mailing list, please contact biolhospa@uq.edu.au
